Dr. Tara Holder is an attending cardiologist at Prisma Health in Greenville, SC. She is an Interventional Cardiologist that specializes in both Cardiac and Peripheral Interventions and a Vascular Medicine Specialist.

In 2019, as an internal medicine resident at Duke, Dr. Holder participated in a global health elective rotation to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) in Eldoret, Kenya. As an HYC partner, she provides didactic lectures as a part of the Duke-MTRH Cardiovascular Fellowship.

Her clinical interests are Coronary Artery Disease, Critical Limb Ischemia, and Peripheral Vascular Disease.

Dr. Holder earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Chicago and her medical degree from the Yale University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Duke University and her General Cardiology, Vascular Medicine, and Interventional Cardiology at Vanderbilt University Hospital.
