GHP Alumna Lauren Franz and the Duke Autism Team Awarded Major Funding

Congratulations to Dr. Lauren Franz, a GHP alumna and current Duke Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, and her team at the Duke Center for Autism and Brain Development on their recent $12 million federal grant from the National Institute for Child Health and Human Development.  This prestigious award recognizes the team’s use of artificial intelligence to better detect autism spectrum disorder in infancy, as well as identifying brain-based bio-markers for autism spectrum disorders.
